Colossians at Home
Helping you create an environment of spiritual growth at home
God calls the family to play a vital role in discipling the next generation. How this is accomplished varies from family to family and person to person, and is as unique as the flavor of each home. Growing in your faith isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it isn’t always easy—even the most intentional of Christians may find themselves at a loss as to how to begin.
That is why we have developed these resources that we hope will equip you to better leverage your home and hospitality to advance God's Kingdom and cause the book of Colossians to be a hammer to shape you into the person He created you to become.
Idea Cards
Idea cards are designed to give you one idea they can easily implement to build a God-honoring marriage, disciple your kids or grandkids, and be hospitable to your neighbors. Each of these Idea Cards Each Idea Card corresponds with where we will be in Colossians so that what you are learning at church is further emphasized at home.
Lego Time
Build the Lego set that came with your Faith@Home Kit with your child or grandchild (or purchase another Lego space-themed set appropriate to their age). Looking Backward
Use this guide and make plans to get coffee or tea with someone you consider a mature Christian. This can be a spouse, friend, child, small group leader or pastor. Ask them how God used suffering and hardship to make them into the mature Christian they are today.

Songs for Colossians
Songs are like sermons that you don’t forget. This is why Scripture set to song helps kids and adults with memorization. When we memorize Scripture, we are placing it in our minds for the Holy Spirit to bring to our attention when we need it most. That’s why the author of Psalm 119 wrote, “I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you." Consider this playlist to help you and your family be transformed by memorizing Scripture.
