Leading Healthy Small Groups
Great small group leaders aren’t made overnight, they are the result of passion and deliberate training. In this video course, you will learn the practical aspects of leading a small group. You will learn about lesson preparation, asking engaging questions, managing prayer requests, and even some example ice breakers.
Emotional Intelligence
When asked to identify the necessary traits for leaders, most would propose answers like charisma, purpose, determination, and trustworthiness. However, many leaders have a single quality in common. What distinguishes the best leaders from the majority is their level of emotional intelligence. In this video course, you will learn what emotional intelligence is and how you can use it as you lead your small group.
Self-Awareness for Leaders
While many things contribute to healthy, effective leadership, self-awareness has been shown to be an accurate predictor of leadership success.
