A Curated List of Resources for a Kid’s Faith Formation
Stepping Stones to the Next Generation
401 years ago, the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock with dreams of what could be in the New World. William Bradford, the leader of that motley crew of dreamers wrote these words in his journal, Of Plymouth Plantation, a vision of what could be:
“We cherish a great hope and an inward zeal, of laying good foundations for the advance of the Gospel of the Kingdom of Christ to the remotest parts of the earth, even if we should be but stepping stones to others in the performance of so great a work.”
This is the calling for every Christian parents and grandparent — to lay a good foundation as stepping stones for the next generation.
So how do we become stepping stones? Where do we start?
With so many resources available these days, its easy to get lost in the options. However, we have been to the bookstores and done the heavy-lifting for you! Check out this curated list of resources and take a step today in becoming that stepping stone for your kids or grandkids.
